You'll notice you have thousands of thoughts, but they're all circling the same 5-10 topics.

Do you want to level up? Do the same for the good vibes.
When you think about something awesome, grateful, or a win, make a "Plus" mark. Note the topic: My awesome friendThis great coffeeThat sweet playlist.

Why?
You start seeing all the good stuff you're already blessed with.
Gratitude is the cheat code.

Pluses vs. Minuses.
Where did you spend the most time?
Are you mostly feeding the good stuff or the garbage fire?
This shows you your true „mental location”.

And here's the kicker—the real 'why' it matters:

Where you focus, your energy flows.
What's going on inside you gets pushed out into your real life.
