Reflections
Many energetic and spiritual modalities can contribute to our emotional and physical well-being.
Remember, everything that happens to you supports your growth.
If past teachers or teachings now seem outdated or led to disappointment because they didn't meet your expectations, remember to focus on the learning and experience you gained from that connection, rather than the negative feeling.
Never underestimate the importance of all of your experiences, regardless of their nature.
Jesus needed Judas's betrayal to fulfil his mission, especially demonstrating to humanity that death is merely an illusion and that there are always higher perspectives of existence to discover and understand.

Being open has many aspects, one of which is the ability to receive.
When I was living in Peru, whatever I gave away as a gift to local people, they always accepted it by thanking me without saying things like:
"Oh, noo, you don't have to.." or
"Ahh, it is not necessary." or
"Very kind, but others might need it more." etc.
They sincerely thanked me for my generosity, then either they kept the gifts or gave them away to someone more in need.
I took note of it, remembering that in Hungary, people can give but are not able to accept and receive.
As good Christians, the collective belief is to give and be humble, without extra personal needs.
But that is only one side of the coin (out of the three(!)).
There is giving, and there is accepting.
Let’s suppose everybody gives only, then who is going to receive?
Balance is a key point in this equation as well.
If we have difficulty with accepting help, gifts, or support, then we have issues with accepting love as well.
Check in with yourself and see if it is easy to enjoy the support of the Universe provided in many different forms you might not even be aware of.

There are many ways to meditate.
While riding your bike, doing yoga, having a massage, running by the side of a forest, gazing at the lake or sea, and so on.
Meditation aims to calm the mind, relax the body and be in the moment.
ThetaHealing® meditation takes you step by step towards the space of Everything All That Is, "talking" to your logical brain, while allowing your intuition to come forward.
Releasing the need to control your thoughts frees you to connect with your inner essence, harmonizing you with the universal energy both within and surrounding you.
Reconnecting with your true self allows you to receive answers from the purest, kindest source of energy, which is your own essence of unconditional love.

When you are watching a movie, and you feel drawn to it.
When it absorbs you and makes you feel feelings already long forgotten or not even thought that you might have..
Then take some notes, if you wish, as they might point to hidden "programs", a belief system, that could cause you to run on autopilot when reacting to certain situations.
Until you are aware of and conscious of these feelings and belief systems, you cannot work with them.

In ThetaHealing®, we believe that feelings related to traumas and self-sabotaging beliefs are stored in various body parts and organs, and that if not addressed and dealt with promptly, our body will manifest these issues through different health concerns.
During the longest and most challenging ThetaHealing® seminar, Intuitive Anatomy, we address many of these hidden issues directly.
Respiratory system-related issues could have their roots in one or more of the following:
"I must live in regret.
I panic easily.
I torture myself for my mistakes.
I know what forgiveness feels like for myself and for others.
I tell the truth.
People always lie to me.
I am revengeful.
God lies to me.
I am under too much pressure.
I should just give up.
I push people who love me away.
I push people I love away.
I must pretend to be important.
I love God completely.
I know how to give without being critical of others.
I must be forced to try.
I am lovable.
I am afraid of action.
I lie.
I fear life"…
just to mention some.
"… It pushes the ill person to their limits and reveals a great deal about us, how we live. Illness also has revelatory power, and the values and assumptions that underpin our lives. Illness can also provide both philosophical motivation and instruction by pointing to our habits and assumptions and putting them into question. So, we should consider illness as a legitimate and useful philosophical tool.
Illness has a ‘distancing effect’. It withdraws us from previous habits, routines and practices, which become impossible in illness, and forces us to reflect on those habits and practices. Illness can destroy the expectations we have about our life, such as assumptions about how long we might live and how independent we should be, and in this way reveals the values we take for granted, many of which are only articulated explicitly when one falls ill."

Once upon a time, I had the privilege of being the keynote speaker at the International Women's Day Celebration in Adelaide, South Australia.
“A woman should be everything in the house and nothing outside it”
wrote Euripides in 450 BC. in his drama “Μελέαγρος ”
It seems that this observation was valid for centuries, with a few glorious exceptions. It took more than 2300 years for the world to witness fundamental changes in the social and, later, in the professional status of women.
The technological and scientific achievements of the last 200 years have entirely changed the Western nations’ economy and society.
During the last centuries, women’s social activity became generally more accepted. The introduction of the obligatory basic education helped women to massively join the education system and later to enter colleges and universities.
By the 20th century, women had to learn how to survive on their own. Many families could not depend only on the salary of the man any more, and women were obliged to start to work.
During the last 100 years, women have conquered more and more occupations in fields dominated by men.
Over the last 50 years, women have gained financial independence, more social power and self-confidence and have been involved in almost every aspect of human activity.
All these changes resulted in a revolution of thoughts, in fights for equal rights and in the liberalization and emancipation of women in Western societies.
Women are no longer "everything only” in the house. They stepped out and became active participants, at all levels, of society through Various movements, through their professional work and through their skills in their everyday activities.
Celebrating International Women’s Day today, we shall remember how difficult it was, what a long struggle it took for women to achieve basic democratic rights in the past, which, by now, have become legally binding in Western societies.
Unfortunately, this does not characterize all the nations in the 21st century.
Thousands of national and international movements, unions and organizations dedicate or commit themselves to the “liberalization” of women around the world.
The struggle for the basic rights of women in many areas of the world is still on.
The difference between the past and the present is that, in the time of globalization, the majority of women in the world are aware of the nature and the content of their basic rights.
Today, women's movements need less time to collect information, to make decisions and to reach more people to implement Various actions.
Information on many things is available and easily accessible, and the modern communication tools (telephone, telefax, fax, radio, television or Internet) help women's movements, an increasing pace - to go public, to spread news, to ask and receive help nationwide or globally.
In the time of globalization, women's movements have more efficient tools, greater publicity and faster interaction to achieve those results that their pioneers fought for over decades in the past.
Women in power who, due to Various circumstances, became prominent personalities are icons for society.
Politically active women are everywhere. There are women state leaders, prime ministers, ministers, chairpersons of parliament, party leaders, local leaders, presidential candidates, ambassadors, police and military chiefs, etc.
The number of women in politics might be small, but their symbolic and actual presence is already a Victory.
They bring a different attitude to the political arena. Women focus more on listening, understanding, negotiating and achieving consensus. They feel more passionately about issues particularly affecting women.
Women in political power prove that they have the courage, the strength, the determination and the self-confidence of a successful leader.
Women in science show us that they have the brains, the logic and the spirit to search, to develop, to build, to discover and to engineer new things, as well as to improve well-known concepts for this world.
Women who achieve great sports results are heroines in the eyes of younger females. They motivate them to join sports clubs for the love of gymnastics, for challenging themselves to try their limits,
or for following them on their path to become the new female sport heroines of the future.
Women in the show business, the film industry, fashion, etc., represent a different world. A cosmos out of the reach and reality of everyday society.
They play several film characters. They are the “face” of different product advertisements, political campaigns, and charity events.
Their life are on the front line.
We listen to their views through various TV reports, see them in pictures on the pages of gossiping magazines, etc.
So we clearly see that women in show business deeply affect our lifestyle, and in this way, their social impact is huge. Their professional and private life could serve as good or bad living examples. Unfortunately, only a few of them or their managers have understood what real power they have at their disposal.
Women who are icons of society were not born as heroines.
No one is born a hero, but everybody has the potential to become one, and all of us could already be a hero in the eyes of somebody else…
Leader personalities are necessary to show the right path, but the freedom of choice, notably what, why and how to follow, remains ours.
Women in power in the time of globalization could show and teach values, and could serve as good and respected examples to follow. Women in power have more opportunities to use their position for good purposes and this way to actively contribute to the social, economic and spiritual development of the society.
Women, as common members of society, are the heart of the family, providing a stable foundation for men and creating and maintaining what is called “home.”
Without them, there is no society. Their love, passion, tolerance, understanding, and sacrifices hold families together, showing different values to men.
Women bring up the men of the future. Men’s values, attitudes, and opinions on family, relationships, and society partly reflect those of their mothers.
As you saw, so shall you reap. If women spoil their sons, if they cannot give love to their children, other women will pay the high price for these inappropriate attitudes.
In the time of globalization, women have more information and knowledge available on how to bring up a child. Modern healthcare systems help them and their children with common and serious health problems. (Which was not the case centuries before.) Free elementary education and state elderly care institutions also ease their everyday activities.
Unfortunately, in the 21st century, the economic, social and psychological pressure on women is bigger than ever. Women think they should be the best mothers, partners and professionals at the same time.
Today, women in Western societies have the opportunity to learn and then to practice any kind of occupation.
Most of them could live a totally independent life of men, from a financial point of view as well.
A professional career is a way to challenge and express ourselves, but it should not be seen as the main driving force of our lives. A career is a tool to try ourselves and to secure our financial background.
It helps us to discover what we are capable of doing in any field, under different circumstances.
Career is not everything. Women should not forget that their greatest responsibility and a natural role as well is to give birth to children. ( If it is possible…)
To give birth to children naturally has its time limits. If women have the chance to become mothers and they delay it due to different reasons, they might run out of time. Career waits, motherhood does not.
But being a mother does not mean a total sacrifice. Women are capable of doing everything. They have the special ability to do several things in parallel and with the same level of attention. (Most of the men do not…)
Motherhood is not a barrier to self-realization, but it is an important part of it. It is necessary to have dreams.
Motherhood could only delay the realization, the implementation of these dreams.
So the right timing is important.
Career and work opportunities will always be there. Different ones, but still opportunities.
And women should grab all these opportunities during their life to develop themselves, to evolve intellectually, spiritually and to transform their personality, to become what they are eager or destined to be.
The wiser we are, the better we know ourselves and our environment, the more effectively we can contribute to our family and to society.
Let me bring you one example to demonstrate the power of a simple woman, to show how her character, love, goodwill, belief and sacrifices helped her to find her place and her main role in society.
This person is/was –rest in peace - the Nobel Peace Prize awarded Mother Teresa.
She was born in 1910, in Ex-Yugoslavia, into a family of Albanian descent. At the age of twelve, she felt strongly the call of God, and she knew she had to be a missionary to spread the love of Christ.
At the age of eighteen, she left her parental home, joined a community of nuns, and for 17 years, as a nun, she was a convent school teacher in Calcutta, India. The suffering and poverty of the poorest of the poor made a deep impression on her and, with permission from her superiors, she started an open-air school for slum children. Soon she was joined by voluntary helpers, and financial support was also forthcoming. At 40 years old, she started her own order, whose primary task was to love and care for those people nobody was prepared to look after. Soon her order became an International Society of Missionaries, where today over one million Co-Workers provide effective help to the poorest of the poor in more than 40 countries around the world. Co-workers also try to follow Mother Teresa's spirit and charisma in their families as well.
Through the life of Mother Tereza we can see a great example of how a single, simple woman, though she had no child of her own, saved several children, how her personality became a positive symbol and how her work contributed not only to the welfare of her closest environment but to that of the international society as well.
Concluding my thoughts on today’s subject, I would say that in the time of globalization the economic, social and psychological pressure on women is bigger than ever, but women have more freedom, more opportunities and access to more information and knowledge to find and create themselves in their professional and private lives as well.
Women can be better organized and more effective in their fight for the attainment of their goals nationally and globally.
In the time of globalization, women, with their love, understanding, patience, tolerance, strength and power, still are and will remain the heart and the soul of society.
And women are the ones who have the natural right, the ability and responsibility to bring new life to Earth, which is the greatest gift ever granted to living creatures in the material world.
It is not for me to develop the original saying of Euripides, but objectively, today in Western societies, most probably a woman could be everything in the house and outside it as well.

When we express trust in a cooperation with another person, whether at work or in a relationship, we reach the point where we would like to cooperate with the other in the context of a project, time spent together, intimacy, etc. We assess, feel, and believe that we are further deepening our openness and giving ourselves, and thus the other person, a chance for co-creation.
As in all areas, communication, its extent, and the quality of self-expression are incredibly important factors, but we often only deal with them superficially in the rush of everyday life. We always experience and interpret the events of the world, including people, through our own experiences, filters, feelings, and perceptions. And this always means our own perspective.
The other person's perspective may be very similar, but it is never exactly the same; otherwise, we would be uniformly programmed robot clones.
The quality of the other person's intent and actual attitude can only be "assumed" by us, too, because the experience is always individual, unique, and personal. The same event—signing and later executing a contract, an afternoon movie, a meeting with friends, a night spent together—is realized and experienced by everyone according to their own ideas, feelings, and thoughts.
Generally speaking, we rely on a positive continuation, where the other person shows up and remains an active participant in the given event or process, provided it's not a one-time story. Continuity, the invested energy of being present and actively working towards the success of the shared project, is an important element.
If we communicate our ideas, potential difficulties, challenges, misunderstandings, etc., we create space for ourselves and the participants to actively contribute, and thus for us to contribute, to a long-term, successful, and joyful co-creation.
It is essential to recognise when we start giving up on ourselves, to identify when we are sacrificing too much energy, time, and attention one-sidedly for too long in pursuit of a common goal, which can already lead to consequences against us.
Our expectations about what we want and how we want it show the framework that is important, safe, and acceptable for us. The participants decide to what extent and how they can and why they want or do not want to cooperate with this. I only have control over my own attitudes and decisions.
If I feel or see that a cooperation does not bring the elements that are important to me, then I can decide how long and why I am willing to continue it, or terminate the process. Naturally, openness to change, modification, and development, as well as being aware of my own boundaries and being ready to make win-win compromises, greatly aid the continuation of a given cooperation.
It is essential to recognise when we start giving up on ourselves, to identify when we are sacrificing too much energy, time, and attention one-sidedly for too long in pursuit of a common goal, which can already lead to consequences against us and the breakdown of our physical and mental balance.
Cooperation is also a dance, where it is worthwhile to perform the "movement" that is still "enjoyable" for both parties, while paying attention to the impulses towards each other.
Let's remember that everything changes and everything is part of a process, and there are infinite possibilities for recalibration in the "space."
The question is, what do you want, and what are you doing for it in the present moment?

Real personal change goes far beyond simply trying to think positively; it involves a fundamental transformation in your inner self.
The process of real change starts with your inner nature. To truly transform, you don't need to become a new person; you need to remember the amazing, unlimited potential you already have.
This means paying attention to your thoughts and feelings, seeing them as energy that passes through you, and realizing they don't define who you are. It feels confusing at first.
When deep change is happening, you will likely feel a lot of internal chaos or confusion. It is like standing between who you were and who you are becoming. This is a good sign as it means the old you is dissolving to make room for the new.
You must let things go.
For the new possibilities to actually become real in your life, you have to get rid of what limits you. This means letting go of old, draining routines, bad habits, and limiting beliefs. This part can be hard and scary because you are giving up what is familiar, even if it is painful. It is like a caterpillar dissolving in its cocoon so the butterfly can emerge.
The world aligns with you.
Once you bravely choose growth over fear, your outside world starts to match your inside state. Resources, opportunities, and the right people start showing up easily. To do this, you must choose change, jumping headlong into the unknown.
The impact is bigger than you think it is.
Your personal change affects everyone. The most important takeaway is that your inner transformation is not just for you; it benefits others as well. By becoming a more conscious, better version of yourself, you automatically contribute to the evolution of everyone around you and help address bigger problems in the world.
Because in oneness, we are part of the big whole.

In ThetaHealing we share the beliefs of what is explained below about how singing songs can affect us.
The "Heart Song" of the Advanced DNA course teaches you how to connect, release stress and heal your heart. This exercise seems simple, but it can surprisingly push you to states of unexpected depths.
Your voice has a unique vibration that has a healing power for your body and, at a higher level, for many.
Engaging in voice-related activities can greatly contribute to your physical and spiritual well-being.
enjoy
-----------
"How does singing affect your health?
1. Singing tunes the body to the "right" vibrations that increase our vitality.
2. During singing, particular biochemicals are created in the human brain called endorphins, which help us feel calm and happy.
3. Blood circulation improves, beneficially affecting the vocal cords, tonsils, and lymph nodes. This significantly strengthens local immunity; we catch colds less often.
4. Better blood supply during singing leads to an increase in brain activity: the brain begins to work more intensively, memory improves, and a person perceives any information more easily.
5. Improving blood supply to the head rejuvenates the body and improves the condition of the skin.
6. Singing is very useful for lung diseases because it not only replaces breathing exercises but also contributes to the development of proper breathing, which, for example, significantly reduces the exacerbation (worsening) of asthma.
7. During regular singing exercises in choirs, the level of immunoglobulin-A and hydrocortisone increases in the body, which are signs of good immunity.
8. Currently, techniques are being developed to treat stuttering through singing and help improve speech diction.
9. Singing is also used when dealing with excess weight: when obese people have a compulsive feeling of hunger, it is recommended to sing at least two or three songs.
Singing improves blood flow in the head area and generally rejuvenates the body, improving the condition of the skin.
These are also reasons why you need to sing for at least five minutes a day.
Singing has similar effects to physical exercise."
