What comes from the front towards your heart, let it go backwards, and what comes from the back, let it go forward.

Just observe, because the moment belongs to you only as it passes; therefore, only observe.

If you react, you cannot observe any longer because your reactive mind takes control of you, thus missing the joy and truth of the next moment.

Your mind will cling to the beautiful and good things and will not want the bad things.

Attention is energy, love and presence.

You choose its direction.

Love can permeate and transform everything.

Radiate love and remember, your true self is this flow itself.
