Connecting with Your Inner Child - 5 Interactive event series with ThetaHealing® downloads 30th April - 28th May

Our InterNations event, '10 Tips for Healing Your Inner Child,' went unexpectedly well and ran 40 minutes over the original timeframe. It felt wonderful to provide support to those present, and I was grateful for the opportunity to be there together, co-creating that experience."

Based on the supportive responses, I felt something had to follow up on this event. This is how this 5-week mini-series of 2 to 2,5-hour sessions was then created.

This series of five online sessions will help us attune to the emotions and beliefs that may be sabotaging our connection to our inner child.

Connecting with our childhood selves is a true inner compass.

When we travel back into our memories, we reconnect with our hearts to find the answers we seek.

This process allows us to rediscover forgotten feelings and authentic truths that once shaped us.

During this upcoming 5-week event, we are going to focus on the following:

Session1

aims to take you back in time and remind you of who you were once.

The Concept of the Inner Child

Rediscovering the existence of your inner child, whom you have disconnected from while "growing up" and became a "too serious and overly responsible" citizen, family member, parent, and partner in your life.

Are you ready to gain a deeper understanding of yourself?

Session2

aims to bring you more clarity and help you become aware of patterns that recur from your past into your present.

Going deeper while looking back to some childhood traumas, and understanding the triggers that keep you from reconnecting with your inner child. 

Many of us are unaware of the parental "heritage" we receive during our early childhood; thus, learning about our triggers can be of great value in making significant changes.

Session3

aims to provide a deeper understanding of self-observation, triggers, responsibilities, and boundaries.

Tuning into the present for a reality check-up, see what has always been in front of us.

Discovering how to connect with your inner child.

We have fears even of ourselves, our true thoughts and feelings. Reconnection requires bravery and strength to step up for ourselves, learn to be present and aware of our flows and imperfections, as well as choices made with regret.

Session4

aims to help you understand how you relate to your inner child and recognize your relationship with yourself.

Session5

aims to integrate knowledge and experiences, making a real, trustworthy, and lasting connection with your inner child.

Connection requires courage and bravery to make the first move, meet your inner child, and learn how to be present and how to initiate contact that feels safe.

This session includes a specific meditation where you will meet your inner child.
