The morning meditation is a short energetic attunement for the day ahead, where we can start the day's tasks strengthened by the downloads manifested by the connection of those present.
The creative space, cosmic consciousness, the divine quality within us, and the support of unconditional love are always present. Becoming aware of this connection, reminding ourselves of it already in the morning, promotes a harmonious start to the day and presence for ourselves.
