By incorporating elements of ThetaHealing® into the session, first we connect to the Source energy (God, Creator, Universal Consciousness, etc.), and then we "travel back" to the life that can provide us with relevant insights to heal present issues.
During the session, crystals that support our chakras are also used, and their supportive, clear energies are added to the process.
We unlock the lessons of the given life and heal, release them with "downloads" along the ThetaHealing® tool system, integrating the learned virtues into our present life at a higher energetic level.
