Tuning

Many of us may already have had a specific desire to leave certain old habits, and paternal and maternal "legacies" behind. Unfortunately we never really found the right moment for it, finding all kinds of excuses, or we just didn't know how to start; or we have started it but after a while, the momentum wore off on the way.

"Attunement" is a group, 4x1.5-2 hour (4xapp.22EURs), 4-session online session series, within the framework of which you have the opportunity to finally start paying attention to yourself and tune into your inner reality. Because you have one too, didn't you know?

We constantly examine others to see what they are doing, or what we are doing differently, or how we can “copy” the “other’s luck”.

Where does change begin?

In many cases, it starts with allowing.

You align with yourself and everything around you and within you.

In four weeks, you will learn how to “look inwards”, and to recognize that you can allow yourself to believe in the power, whether in a “Jedi way”, in a Christ-like sense, or “in the path” of Buddha freely.

You will learn to recognize the difference between your feelings and the feelings of others, and where and how you began to bind yourself to self-generated shackles, limiting thoughts that you have accepted as truths.

With several simple yet profound exercises, we will uncover blocks, as a result of which you will no longer see the “tree”, but also the forest. The tree is also part of the forest, a larger whole, just as you are part of the universe.
